At Tysen’s Creations, we want you to love your candles as much as we love making them! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to make it right.

Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with your candle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may request an exchange for an item of equal value. We’ll cover the return shipping cost for the original item.

Second Exchange Guarantee

If the exchanged item still doesn’t meet your expectations, you may keep it and receive 50% off your next purchase as a token of our commitment to your satisfaction.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Exchanges are limited to one per original order.
• Discount codes for future purchases will be provided via email.
• We do not offer refunds, but we’re dedicated to ensuring you find a candle you love!
